I am trying to find more information about siteground domain privacy protection details, but can’t to find any. Even the siteground knowledgebase is not publishing information about domain privacy. And i can’t find this feature in hosting specification page as well.
Since domain privacy is not a feature supported, then your domain name registered with them cant be protected with domain privacy. Unless your domain is with external domain registrar, then you can get domain privacy service from the registrar, usually at a small cost.

24/7 support pffff so a lie….the onlything they provide support is for paymnents…they have no live tech support whatsoever…all they do is have links to tutorials…which ive spent a bunch of time reading….
i got this hosting thinking that i would get help but i would have been better off just getting a cheaper one….

its true that siteground is lacking the live chat with technical support.
you only can choose either phone support or email support.
